This guide explains exactly what happens after your order — especially regarding ticket delivery and registration.
📬 What Happens After Checkout?
If you don’t see any tickets attached to your confirmation email, don’t worry — that’s expected. Here’s what to look for in your inbox:
✅ Payment Receipt
A confirmation that your payment was successfully processed.
📨 Ticket Confirmation Email
This contains a link to complete registration for each ticket purchased.
⚠️ Note: Tickets are not attached yet. You must complete registration first.
⏱️ When Will I Get My Tickets?
After you complete registration for all the tickets you bought, you’ll receive a third email with your actual tickets attached:
🧾 A PDF ticket
📱 A mobile ticket link
❗ Important
If you don’t complete the registration step, your tickets will not be issued, even if you’ve already paid.
Make sure to fill out the form for each ticket — especially if you’re registering multiple people.
